Shipping Policy

 

Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receiving the order.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

In case of high order volumes, processing may take longer. We will notify you via email if there are any delays.

 

Shipping Rates and Methods

We offer various shipping options to fit your needs:

 

Standard Shipping (3-7 business days): $8

Expedited Shipping (1-3 business days): $15

Overnight Shipping (1 business day): $30

 

Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

 

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the status of your package in real-time.

 

Shipping Restrictions:

We currently only ship within the United States.

P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses are supported for standard shipping.

 Some products may have additional shipping restrictions due to their nature, which will be noted in the product description.

 

International Shipping:

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Please check back as we expand our shipping services.

Shipping Delays:

While we aim for prompt delivery, Emunah Day Spa is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control. We will inform you of any significant delays and provide alternative options if necessary.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages:

Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at info@emunahdayspa.com within 10 days of the expected delivery date, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

 

Damaged Packages:If your order arrives damaged, please send photos and a description of the damage to info@emunahdayspa.com within 48 hours of receiving the item, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If for any reason you're not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

 

Return Conditions:

Items must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.

Items marked as final sale or non-refundable are not eligible for return.

For hygiene reasons, certain products (e.g., skincare, beauty tools) cannot be returned if opened or used.

  

How to Initiate a Return:

 

1. Contact Us: Email our customer service at info@emunahdayspa.com within 30 days of your purchase date, and include your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, and the reason for the return.

2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number (RMA) if your request is approved.

 

3.Shipping Your Return: Once you receive the return authorization, please send the item(s) back to us in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

 

4.Refunds: Once we receive your return and inspect the items, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Exchanges:

 

If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the same process as above. Once the returned item is received and approved, we will process the exchange.
